Cornwall is the perfect place in good weather. We had good weather. Stunning!

Our second visit, we love it here. Fishermens Friends greeted us on our first evening. Crab sandwiches at the Mote, last evening meal at the Slipway. We love Port Isaac, such a great atmosphere and Sea Horses is delightful. One of our highlights was yesterday's cruise on the Jubilee Queen from Padstow. We were followed on all sides by 15-20 dolphins and we also saw a Puffin!! A fantastic end to our holiday!

What a lovely place! Went in search of Doc Martin, but found a Fisherman's Friend instead! Really cosy cottage with everything you need, beautifully and tastefully restored. Will definitely be back.

We've had a fantastic week! Lovely cottage, great walks and many good meals. Cupcakes is the best cream tea place in Port Isaac and the Golden Lion provided one of the best meals we've ever had. The weather was also fantastic! Thanks for a great week in your cottage!

Wonderful little cottage, beautiful village. What a great way to spend a perfect weekend! Lots to do and see in and around Port Isaac. Would highly recommend the Golden Lion pub for a warm friendly welcome and an excellent crab mornay! Looking forward to coming back to Sea Horses and Port Isaac again soon, for longer!

Had a lovely time. Cottage is wonderful. Had lovely log fires and very cosy. Weather has been great, everyday sunshine. Been all over the place. Port Isaac is lovely with lovely restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Loved 'Sea Horses'. Port Isaac as usual wonderful! Great coastal walks, friendly people and most important to us 'dogs welcome'. Really enjoyed the little garden - had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

We have had a fab time. The cottage is delightful. Feel we'd like to stay here forever!
Darby - Aug 2009
We've all had a wonderful time, unfortunately the weather's been a bit mixed. All the same Port Isaac's a beautiful place and we will definitely be returning. There's so much to see here you always feel like you've missed something!! Cottage very cosy and we've made great use of the wood burner! Thanks from us all.

Had a wonderful stay, the cottage met all our needs. Some great walks along the headlands and past the bench on the hill to Port Quinn. The cafés nearby and in Port Isaac were good for a spot of lunch and the deli next to the Pea Pod did great ice-cream. Had a lot of luck as we managed to watch 'Doc Martin' on two days of the week as it was being filmed. The garden was beautiful and perfect for a barbeque in the evening. All in all a wonderful time here! Will definitely be back!
Bourner - Aug 2009
After three years of mixed weather, Port Isaac in the 'Heatwave' takes some beating - had a fabulous stay and excellent location. Plenty of beaches within a short drive, Polzeath probably the best and any around Trevose Head the other side of Padstow worth a drive and less busy. Hope to be back!
Nottingham - Jun 2009
Our first time back in the area for over 10 years and it is as delightful as ever! Sea Horses is a super cottage in a great location and it has everything you might need. Port Isaac is even better than we remembered and the restaurants are all good! Great too that dogs are welcome just about anywhere - Alfie loves the beach (particularly at Rock) but has developed a tast for eating dead crabs! Will be back again - sooner this time.
Hall - May 2009
Lovely way to spend our 40th Wedding anniversary! Enjoyed watching 'Doc Martin' from the Mote with a pint and a glass of wine in the evenings. Weather good (except last day), managed all the walks around and have gone back home with very healthy calf muscles! Dogs welcome everywhere, which is a bonus for us. Cottage delightful and warm with lovely wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. Discovered 'our' garden too - lovely!! Will definitely return - soon!!

The Golden Lion was excellent, and make a point of having a curry on Wednesday. The bakery was amazing and very close. The harbour was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sea drift in. The cottage was lovely and had everything we could want. It was in a good area and was next to everything. Over all amazing.

A great place and great scenery. We did lots of different stuff. So time flyed very, very quickly. Our best part of the holiday was probably the bike riding over at Wadebridge to Padstow which was six miles to get there and six miles to get back. My mum went on her own and so did I and my dad and sister went on a tag along. So thanks alot and I hope we will be back soon.
Wilsons - Mar 2009
We've had an amazing few days here. Fanstastic weather (even got a bit burnt on our walks!) Great pubs and scenery. We love this area more and more..Sea Horses has been so homely to stay in and had everything we needed. So thank you very much from us all and hopefully we will be back!!
Jane & Terry Dunn - Mar 2009
We had a lovely weekend in Port Isaac. The cottage was really nice - tastefully and simply done - loved the view from the main bedroom. Nice and quiet but very close to the sea and pubs! Enjoyed fish pie at the Old School Hotel and fish cakes at Port Gaverne Inn (very friendly service). Wet and windy weekend so we had to keep the log fire going and keep warm! Thank you!
Daynes - Mar 2009
Very enjoyable, peaceful stay. Comfortable and well-equipped cottage in a lovely location.
Mark, Rosie & Nathan - Xmas 2008
We have enjoyed 4 days of bliss away from the ratrace of London! The garden is superb where we enjoyed a bottle of Moet on our wedding anniversary joined by the luck black cat! The stay at Sea Horses has made us determined to achieve our dream of a cottage with open fire before we're too old to enjoy it!
G Mannerings - Oct 2008
What a splendid cottage. We enjoyed our stay immensely - especially the kayaking in Port Quin, cycling on the Camel Trail and surfing in Polzeath. Bit exhausting though - but Sea Horses is the perfect place for a well-deserved cup of tea.
Theo Ratcliff - Oct 2008
A very cosy and well equipped cottage. So handy for the local restaurants.
Alison & Paul - Oct 2008
A wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our week exploring the neighbouring villages - though the hills took a while to get used to! Some lovely eating establishments nearby, we particularly enjoyed dinner at 'The Mote', and 'The Old Schoolhouse' and 'The Slipway' are worth mentioning for lovely food and friendly staff. The cottage is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything.
